Adam Thomas

Adam Thomas is a Ph.D. candidate in the Kennedy School's program in Public Policy. Before coming to Harvard, he worked for three years as a Senior Research Analyst at the Brookings Institution. His primary research interest is in the distributional and behavioral effects of the tax and transfer system in the United States. He is particularly interested in the implications of social policy for labor market behavior and family formation. Adam is a Jacob K. Javits Fellow.
