New Vision: an institute for policy and progress has an ambitious set of goals. We aim to not only build an institution critical to the rejuvenation and regeneration of fresh progressive public policy, but also to build a bridge between the academic, intellectual and policy communities.
These aims require a concerted strategy for growth,
and we have laid out this strategy in our business plan. Specifically,
we spell out in more detail:
•Why we founded New Vision, and the ways that we differ from other
groups;
•Who we are, and what New Vision has accomplished thus far;
•What types of products we aim to produce;
•What kind of organizational structure we intend to create;
•How we plan to gradually ramp up our production and transition
from our current Boston base to a national institution, based in D.C.;
•A budget that specifies what resources we will need when to achieve
this pattern of growth.
